摘要
“教-学-评一致”是落实基于课程标准教学与评价的核心技术。立足于“教-学-评一致”的落实偏差,上海市徐汇区上海小学将教学管理制度的变革作为消弭偏差的重要探索。该校教学管理制度的1.0模式聚焦流程管理,在实践过程中表现出了管理主体的单一性、管理模式的科层性、管理流程的分离性等问题。基于对1.0模式的迭代创新,教学管理制度的2.0模式变流程管理为专项治理,以“五个一”为重要抓手,围绕制定管理方案、组建管理团队、甄选管理内容等工作展开,积累宝贵的实践经验,具有重要的引领价值。
“Teaching-learning-assessment alignment”is the core technology of implementing teaching and assessment based on curriculum standards.Considering the implementation deviation of this core technology,Shanghai Primary School take the reform of teaching management system as an important exploration to eliminate the deviation.Its 1.0 mode of teaching management system focuses on process management.In practice,it shows such problems as the singleness of management subject,the bureaucracy of management mode,and the separation of management process.Based on the iterative innovation of the 1.0 mode,the 2.0 mode of teaching management system has turned process management into special treatment.With the“five steps”as an important entry point,it centers around the development of management plan,the establishment of management team,and the selection of management content.It has accumulated valuable practical experience and has an important leading value.
