高技术产业集聚对地区全要素生产率的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 当前经济发展进入了高质量发展阶段,高技术产业集聚已经成为推动地区经济高质量发展的重要手段之一。利用中国2001—2018年30个省份的面板数据,对高技术产业与地区全要素生产率之间的关系进行了研究。首先在考虑异方差以及内生性等问题后,采用GLS对模型进行估计,结果表明:高技术产业集聚对地区全要素生产率存在一个正向影响,但其作用效果并不是很大,且存在明显的空间差异,具体来说东部地区的高技术产业集聚对全要素生产率有显著的促进作用,西部和东北地区则是产生负向的影响,而在东部地区两者之间没有显著的关系。其次运用门槛回归模型,发现两者之间存在倒“U”型关系,最后就研究结论提出政策建议。 The current economic development has entered the stage of high-quality development,high-tech industrial agglomeration has become one of the important means to promote the high-quality development of regional economy.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2001 to 2018,this paper studies the relationship between high-tech industry and regional total factor productivity.Firstly,after considering heteroscedasticity and endogeneity,GLS is used to estimate the model.The results show that high-tech industrial agglomeration has a positive impact on regional TFP,but its effect is not very large,and there are obvious spatial differences.Specifically speaking,the high-tech industrial agglomeration in the eastern region has a significant role in promoting TFP,while the western region has a significant effect on TFP.But in the East,there is no significant relationship between them.Finally,the threshold regression model is used to develop the inverted“U”relationship between the two.Finally,the paper puts forward policy suggestions on the research conclusion.
