全球疫情背景下,教师从台前走向屏前,开启了一场世界规模的大型教学实验,共同面对了传统教学活动的线上大迁徙、线上教学模式的选择与优化、线上学习效果的评价与反馈、师生关系建立与情感交流的困惑等诸多新挑战。从传统教师角色向学习活动的设计者、引导者、监督者、学习伙伴转变。探索打造“互联网+”思维、注重终身学习、回归教育本真、积极教学反思等角色重塑之策略。

Under the background of the global epidemic,teachers have moved from the front of the stage to the front of the screen,opening a large-scale teaching experiment of world scale and facing many challenges such as the online migration of traditional teaching activities together,the selection and optimization of teaching mode,evaluation and feedback of online learning effect.Teacher experienced the transformation from the traditional role of teacher to the designer,guide,supervisor and learning partner of learning activities,and explored the strategy of remolding the role of"Internet+"thinking,paying attention to lifelong learning and returning to the true nature of education,positive teaching reflection and so on.
