基于“双轮驱动”BOPPPS教学模式的军事职业教育策略研究 被引量:4

摘要 军事职业教育贯穿军人的整个职业过程,要提升其质量必须创新教学方法。BOPPPS教学模式采用六个环节的形式具有层次感和逻辑性逐渐被广大教育工作者所采用,非常适用于新入职教员,能够帮助新教员根据教学目标科学设计教学内容、完善教学各环节,更有利于掌控课堂。文章根据高等职业技术教育的特点提出“双轮驱动”BOPPPS教学模式,以教员为主导,以学生为中心,以教学目标为导向,给出了该模式的策略与运用方法并提出了使用原则。 Military vocational education runs through the whole career process of soldiers.In order to improve its quality,we must innovate teaching methods.Boppps teaching mode adopts the form of six links,which has a sense of hierarchy and logic,and is gradually adopted by the majority of educators.It is very suitable for new teachers.It can help new teachers design teaching content scientifically according to teaching objectives,improve teaching links,and be more conducive to controlling the classroom.According to the characteristics of higher vocational and technical education,this paper puts forward Boppps teaching mode of the"double wheel drive",which is teacher-oriented,student-centered,and teaching goal-oriented.It gives the strategies and application methods of this mode,and puts forward the use principles.
