高校学生理论骨干培养现状及培养路径探析

培养学生理论骨干是新时代国家对高校思想政治教育工作的新要求,是引导“00后”大学生坚定价值观自信和理论自信的有效保障。高校培养学生理论骨干非朝夕可成,需做好顶层设计,辅之师生密切配合。文章认真分析学生理论骨干培养的现状,探索培养的方法,将抽象的培养具体化,行之有效地助推学生学理论、懂理论、用理论,以达到提升人才培养质量的目的,为国家培养政治上可靠的接班人和能力上过硬的建设者,助推民族复兴大业早日完成。

Cultivating the theoretical backbone of college students is a new requirement forideological and political education of college students in the new era. And it is also an effective guarantee to guide college students to strengthen their confidence in values and theories. The cultivation of theoretical backbones cannot be achieved overnight. In addition to the school’s attention, leadership support, teacher response and student cooperation, it still need the innovation of ideological and political work carrier and platform and the support and implementation of feasible training path. Relying on students’ theoretical community, this paper explores the significance, current situation and countermeasures of theoretical backbone training, makes the abstract training concretize, effectively promotes the young college students to learn theory, understand theory and use theory, and consolidates the main position of daily ideological education.
