摘要
教师教学能力的提升方法是新时代教师队伍建设的核心。目前高校使用的提升方法大多来自人工制定的各种培养方案,这些方法通常会受到教师培养资源、方案不完善等问题的影响,且提升效果不明显。文章基于教师课堂教学过程中产生的课程知识点和课堂音视频源数据,提出了教学误差反馈模型,该模型通过主观数据和客观数据之间的相关性,能够生成教学误差反馈报告。该报告有助于改进教师教学策略、学生学习方法及教学管理人员的管理模式,对完善教师培养模型,创新教师培养模式、实施优秀教师培养计划具有重要的借鉴意义。
As the core of improving the quality of college teachers,the teaching ability of teachers is a hot problem in the construction of teachers in the new era.At present,most of the methods used to improve the teaching ability of teachers come from manual training programs.These methods are usually affected by problems such as teacher training resources and imperfect programs,and the improvement effect is not obvious.Based on the course knowledge points and classroom audio and video source data generated by teachers in the classroom teaching process,this paper proposes a teaching error feedback model which can generate a teaching error feedback report through the correlation between subjective data and objective data.The report helps to improve teacher teaching strategies,student learning methods and the management mode of teaching management personnel,and it also has important reference significance for improving teacher training models,innovating teacher training models,and implementing excellent teacher training programs.
