嘉兴地区部分综合性医院护士心理健康状况及影响因素分析

Analysis of mental health status and influencingfactors of nurses in some general hospitals of Jiaxing

目的了解嘉兴地区综合性医院护士心理健康状况,并分析其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样的方法对嘉兴地区2家综合性三甲医院的护士进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)调查。结果除敌意、恐怖、偏执因子得分外,SCL-90总分与其他各因子得分均高于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元Logistic回归分析结果显示,护士的职称、职务、护龄和社会支持得分是护士心理健康的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论被调查护士的心理健康水平低于全国常模,职称和社会支持得分是护士心理健康状况的保护因素,职务和护龄是护士心理健康的危险因素。

Objective To explore the mental health status and influencing factors of nurses in general hospitals of Jiaxing.Methods The cluster sampling method was used to investigate the SCL-90 and SSRS points of nurses in two general Grade-A Tertiary hospitals in Jiaxing area.Results Except for the scores of hostility,terror,and paranoia,the total score of SCL-90 and other factors were all higher than the national norm(P<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the professional title,professional position,nursing age and social support score were the influencing factors of mental health in nurses(P<0.05).Conclusions The mental health level of the surveyed nurses is lower than the national norm.Professional title and social support score are protective factors for the mental health of nurses,and professional position and nursing age are risk factors for the mental health of nurses.
