水产业中抗生素耐药性研究现状

Research Status of Antibiotic Resistance in Aquatic Product Industry

抗生素的耐药性如今已成为人类健康的巨大威胁,是全球关注的焦点问题。针对抗生素在水产养殖环境及水产中泛滥的现状,该文归纳了抗生素在水产养殖业中的应用现状、抗生素耐药性及其公共健康危害,分析了水产供应链中耐药细菌和耐药基因研究现状及耐药性传播风险,以期对水产业中抗生素耐药性危害的评估和削减提供新视角。

Antibiotic resistance has become a major public health concern and one of the key problems in the world.As for the fact of the spread of antibiotic resistance in aquaculture environment and aquaculture products,this review summarizes the application status of antibiotics in aquaculture,antibiotic resistance and its public health hazard,and discusses the current situation of study on antibiotic resistant bacteria and antibiotic resistance genes in seafood sup⁃ply chain,as well as the the spread hazard of antibiotic resistance.Therefore,this paper would present new direction for the assessment and mitigation of antibiotic resistance hazard in aquatic product industry.
