摘要
基基于标准GB/T 228.1方法,研究了影响金属室温拉伸试验结果准确性的因素,评估了相关测量不确定度来源。结果表明,包含因子取k=2的条件下,抗-2010拉强度Rw的相对扩展不确定度Urel(Rm)=2.9%,文章所用的评定方法为金属材料室温拉伸试验测量不确定度的评定提供了参考。
Based on the standard GB/T 228.1 method,the factors affecting the accuracy of the tensile test results of metals at room temperature are studied,the sources of relative-2010 measurement uncertainty were evaluated.The results show that,as well as containing factor k=2,the relative extension uncertainty of tensile strength Rm is Urel(Rm)=2.9%.
