摘要
燃煤监卸是燃煤入厂最后一道质量管理环节,燃煤监卸的量化管理分析更是弥补了自动化采样设备无法达到的煤质检查精度不足,对输煤混配煤和锅炉燃烧管理提供了有力的技术保障。根据信息管理原理将计算机编码基础数字“0”和“1”应用到火电厂燃煤监卸管理中,形成对“质”和“量”的数学抽象统计,最后将统计结果进行分类管理和自动分析,生成监卸工作日管控自动报表,最终形成煤质智能分析报告,对企业入厂煤质监管和燃料采购工作给予信息支持。
Supervision on coal-unloading is the last link to manage the quality of burning coal into the thermal power plant. To employ quantitative management analysis in such link will result in desirable coal quality inspection accuracy that can not be achieved by automatic sampling equipment, providing a strong technical guarantee for coal blending and boiler combustion management. According to the principle ofinformation management, binary system is applied in the supervision on coal-unloading in thermal power plants, the issue of "quality" and "quantity" will be transformed into abstract mathematical statistics. Thereupon, the statistics will be classified and analyzed automatically. Next, the automatic report of management and control of supervision on coal-unloading working days will be generated. Finally, a intelligent analysis report of coal quality will be generated, which provides informational support for coal quality supervision and coal procurement.
