中长碳链脂肪酸甘油三酯合成的研究进展

中长碳链脂肪酸甘油三酯是一类广泛应用于保健品、食品、医药、日化用品行业的功能性油酯。对中长碳链脂肪酸甘油三酯的需求越来越大,而目前主要以动植物来源为主,源头供应有限,并且难以达到医药行业、日化用品行业的应用对产品纯度等指标的要求,因此通过合成途径制备甘油三酯的研究变得重要。文章主要介绍中长碳链脂肪酸的化学合成方法和生物酶合成方法。

Medium and long chain triglycerides are a kind of functional oil esters which are widely used in health products,food,medicine and daily chemical industry.The demand for medium and long carbon chain triglycerides is increasing.At present,the main source of triglycerides is animals and plants,the source supply is limited,and it is diff icult to meet the requirements of pharmaceutical industry and daily chemical industry for product purity and other indicators.Therefore,the research on synthesis of triglycerides is particularly important.This paper mainly introduces the chemical synthesis methods and enzyme synthesis methods of medium and long chain fatty acids.
