化学实验室的安全保障措施

Security Measures of Chemical Laboratory

为加强化学实验室的安全管理,建立健全化学实验室安全保障体系,保障高校化学学科教育、科研环境安全。针对化学实验室在安全管理方面存在的问题,文章重点从预防、管理、监督等三个核心要求入手,拟定了包含应急预案、安全准入、分级管理等管理制度及措施,对实验室安全保障体系的建设提出了见解。

In order to strengthen the safety management of chemical laboratory,it is necessary to establish and improve the safety guarantee system of chemical laboratory,so as to ensure the safety of university chemistry education and scientif ic research environment.In view of the problems existing in the safety management of chemical laboratory,this paper focuses on the three core requirements of prevention,management and supervision,develops the management system and measures including emergency plan,safety access and hierarchical management,and puts forward some opinions on the construction of laboratory safety guarantee system.
