摘要
随着压裂电泵的推广应用,目前逐步形成了一套适合国内页岩气开发的电动压裂配套装备。文章结合南川页岩气藏压裂施工,分析了一套全电动压裂配套装备的技术方案,其中包括电力系统、储液系统、配液供液系统、混砂输砂系统、高压直连管汇等。通过仪表房对压裂配套装备实行统一的集成控制,使压裂作业更加安全高效的开展。压裂实践证明,电动压裂配套设备相比于传统压裂配套设备具有更高安全性和经济适用性。
With the application of electric fracturing pump,electric fracturing equipment suitable for domestic shale gas development has been formed.Combined with the fracturing of Nanchuan shale gas reservoir,this paper analyzed the technical scheme of a set of electric fracturing equipment,including power system,liquid storage system,liquid distribution and supply system,sand mixing and delivery system,high-pressure direct connection manifold,etc.Through the instrument room to implement a unif ied control of fracturing equipment,so that the fracturing can be carried out more safely and eff iciently.Practice has proved that the electric fracturing equipment has higher safety and economic applicability than the traditional fracturing equipment.
