随着能源的需求增加,在能源运输方面经常会采用长输管道。但是长输管道在建设过程中,焊接工作容易出现问题,造成焊接缺陷的原因有很多,如果不注意,就会给整个工程和后期使用维护造成巨大损失。基于此,文章通过对长输管道焊接施工中常见的焊接缺陷进行分析,并提出有效的防治措施,促进长输管道焊接工程的质量提高。

With the increasing demand for energy,long-distance pipeline is often used in energy transportation.However,in the construction process of long-distance pipeline,welding work is prone to problems.There are many reasons for welding defects.If we do not pay attention to them,it will cause huge losses to the whole project and later use and maintenance.Based on this,this paper analyzes the common welding defects in long-distance pipeline welding construction,and puts forward effective prevention measures,promotes the quality of long-distance pipeline welding engineering.
