摘要
基于TRIZ理论提出一种解决术后洗澡伤口进水感染的装置改进创新的综合方法。通过有效工艺建模,将术后洗澡伤口进水过程转化为由多组件构成的TRIZ分析模型,并通过分析各组件特征、组件连接关系等内容,采用TRIZ理论的因果链分析、功能分析、关键问题分析、物理矛盾、技术矛盾,解决术后伤口进水过程中的矛盾和问题,最终发明一种术后洗澡防水装置。解决患者受伤部位洗澡时伤口触水导致感染的问题;改进的术后洗澡防水装置拥有压力测量装置报警器提醒患者绷带进水,绷带对于套筒起到二次保护的作用;无钴变色硅胶无毒无害,均匀分布防水层,遇水变色,警示患者;穿戴该洗澡防水装置,手脚未受伤部位可伸出,便于患者自行完成洗澡。
Based on the TRIZ theory,this paper puts forward a comprehensive method to improve and innovate the device to solve the infection of bathing wound after operation.Through effective process modeling,the water intake process of postoperative bath wound is transformed into a multi-component TRIZ analysis model,and by analyzing the characteristics and connection relationship of each component,the causality chain analysis,function analysis,key problem analysis,physical contradiction and technical contradiction of TRIZ theory are adopted to solve the contradictions and problems in the process of postoperative wound water intake,and finally invent a kind of postoperative bath waterproof device.In order to solve the problem of infection caused by water contact in the wound when taking a bath in the injured part of the patient;the improved postoperative bath waterproof device has a pressure measuring device alarm to remind the patient that the bandage enters the water,and the bandage plays a role of secondary protection for the sleeve;cobalt-free discoloration silica gel is non-toxic and harmless,evenly distributed waterproof layer,discoloration in case of water,warning the patient;wearing the bath waterproof device,the uninjured parts of the hands and feet can be extended,so that the patient can complete the bath by himself.
