摘要
货车车钩高速重载运行时受交变载荷的作用,时有断钩事故发生,钩体和钩舌的裂损故障已成为铁路货车的主要惯性问题,严重影响了铁路的运行安全。为适应重载铁路货车运行要求,本研究基于超声检测技术设计了车钩损伤区域超声自动检测装置,结果表明,该装置可自动检测车钩内部的缺陷,大大提高车钩的检测效率,从而保障列车运行安全。
Freight car couplers are affected by alternating loads during high-speed and heavy-duty operation,and accidents of broken couplers occur from time to time.The breakage of the hook body and the knuckle has become the main inertia problem of railway freight cars,which has seriously affected the safety of railway operation.In order to meet the operation requirements of heavy-load railway freight cars,this research designed an ultrasonic automatic detection device for the damage area of the coupler based on the ultrasonic detection technology.The results show that the device can automatically detect the defects inside the coupler,greatly improve the detection efficiency of the coupler,and ensure the safety of train operation.
