Research on Key Technologies and Quality Control of Real Estate Ownership Investigation in the New Situation

在广东省新一轮不动产登记政策和相关调查技术方案试行背景下,广州各区以高标准高姿态开展了宅基地使用权等不动产权籍调查,积极稳妥、规范有序地推进不动产权籍调查工作。基于此,文章以不动产权籍调查的主要路线、流程为基础,以广州市某区为试点,制定了适合当地特点的不动产权籍调查关键技术路线和质量控制方法,以期优化不动产权籍调查测绘工作的效率及质量,全面提升不动产权籍调查的标准化、信息化流程。

In the context of the trial implementation of the new round of real estate registration policy and related investigation technical scheme in Guangdong Province,the districts in Guangzhou have carried out the investigation of the right to the use of residential land and other real estate in a high standard and high profile,and actively and steadily,standardize and orderly promote the investigation of the ownership of real estate.Based on the main route and process of real estate ownership investigation,and taking a district in Guangzhou as a pilot project,this paper formulates the key technical routes and quality control methods of real estate ownership investigation,which are suitable for local characteristics,in order to optimize the efficiency and quality of real estate ownership survey and investigation,and comprehensively improve the standardization and information process of real estate ownership investigation.
