摘要
城市地下管廊施工中运用盾构法,可以减少对地面的破坏和占用,同时不易产生噪音和扬尘,综合效益显著。文章以苏通隧道工程为例,重点从盾构始发井设计、施工通道设计、工作井防水设计、隧道结构设计和防水设计等方面,对盾构施工的设计方案展开了分析。最后结合工程实践,总结了该项目建设中盾构掘进、盾构机拆卸等施工操作要点,为今后城市综合管廊工程中盾构法的应用提供了一定的参考。
The use of shield method in the construction of urban underground pipe corridor can reduce the damage and occupation of the ground,at the same time,it is not easy to produce noise and dust,and the comprehensive benefit is remarkable.Taking Sutong Tunnel Project as an exemplar,this paper focuses on the shield initial well design,construction channel design,working well waterproof design,tunnel structure design and waterproof design,etc.,and then the design scheme of shield construction is analyzed.Finally,combined with the engineering practice,the construction operation points of shield tunneling and shield machine disassembly in the construction of the project are summarized,which provides a certain reference for the application of shield method in urban comprehensive pipe corridor engineering in the future.
