无节拍流水施工在建筑工程施工管理中的应用

建筑工程施工管理过程中,管理人员必须要面对的一个问题是如何合理科学地组织施工。目前最常用的施工组织方式为流水施工。根据流水节拍的不同,组织流水施工时又具体分为以下四种组织形式:等节拍流水施工、成倍数节拍流水施工、异节拍流水施工和无节拍流水施工。实际工程施工中,由于各种原因的限制,导致各施工过程在各施工段上流水节拍不尽相等,因此无节拍流水施工是实际工程施工中应用最多的一种施工组织形式。文章通过实证的方式,研究了无节拍流水施工在工程施工现场的应用,证明了无节拍流水施工组织方式的科学性和合理性,保证了施工工作连续、均衡进行,为施工组织管理人员提供参考。

In the process of construction management of construction engineering,a problem that managers must face is how to organize construction reasonably and scientifically.At present,the most commonly used construction organization is flow construction.According to the different rhythm of flow,the organization of flow construction can be divided into the following four forms:equal rhythm flow construction,multiple rhythm flow construction,different rhythm flow construction and non rhythm flow construction.In the actual engineering construction,due to the limitation of various reasons,the flow rhythm of each construction process in each construction section is not equal,so the non beat flow construction is the most widely used construction organization form in the actual engineering construction.This paper studied the application of non rhythmic flow construction in engineering construction site through empirical method,proves the scientificity and rationality of non rhythmic flow construction organization mode in organizing construction,ensures the continuous and balanced construction work,and provides reference for construction organization and management personnel to organize construction.
