摘要
大孤山球团厂三选作业区球磨4-4-2运行,针对磨机台时超过72吨/时、细筛再磨循环量大、生产指标不稳定这一问题,本文通过一段磨矿分级、一道磁选机选别效率、二次分级磨矿效率条件试验,得出磨机台时在64~66吨/时,磨矿产品细度对后道工序效果最佳。在磨机台时为65吨/时,进行球磨4-2-2、4-3-2、3-2-2条件试验,现场流程量稳定、生产指标合格,得出球磨5-3-2运行方式可行,经济效益良好。
The third optional homework of Dagushan Pellet Plant ball mill runs 4-4-2,for the problem of the grinding machine is used in more than 72 t/h,large amount of fine screen cycle and unstable production quota,through the first grade of grinding,the first magnetic separation pause efficiency and grade of the secondary grinding efficiency condition test,it is concluded that when grinding machine is used in 64~66 t/h,grinding fineness to process after effect is the best.When grinding machine is 65 t/h,the ball mill 4-2-2,4-3-2,3-2-2 condition test is carried out,the on-site flow quantity is stable,the production index is qualified,it is concluded that the ball mill 5-3-2 operation mode is feasible,and the economic benefit is best.
