摘要
本文采用C4-180型气候模拟试验箱,在50℃,90%相对湿度的条件下,量化考察不同包装方式对硬质合金主要原材料WC粉末、Co粉末及RTP混合料粉末中的氧含量、水含量影响。结果表明,针对三种不同的粉末,铝塑复合包装可以起到很好的防止粉末中氧含量、水含量的增加的作用,而工业上常用PE塑料袋的实际防氧化防水的效果较差。在相同包装条件下,Co粉末的氧含量增加最为明显,RTP混合料粉末水含量增加最为明显,WC粉末的氧含量、水含量的变化最小。
In this paper,the C4-180 climate simulation test box is used to quantitatively investigate the changes in oxygen content and water content of WC powder,Co powder and RTP powder by different packaging methods under the conditions of 50℃and 90%relative humidity.The results show that for three different powders,aluminum-plastic composite packaging can effectively prevent the increase of oxygen and water content,while PE plastic bags commonly used in industry have poor anti-oxidation and waterproof effects.Under the same packaging conditions,the oxygen content of Co powder increased most obviously,the water content of RTP mixture powder increased most obviously,and the oxygen content and water content of WC powder changed the least.
