服装用气凝胶材料的贴合结构设计

为了解决传统单层粘结结构在使用时容易脱胶,导致贴合度较差,气凝胶层与面料层得不到稳定固定等问题,同时为了提高气凝胶贴合效果和穿衣效果,设计3层贴合结构,并采用固定后的T形插具将气凝胶层与面料层的位置固定,使粘结层不容易开胶,提高了气凝胶层的贴合效果;增设荧光材料制成的环形圈,不仅能够提高衣服面料的美观度,而且能够引导T形插具的安装,进一步提高了该贴合结构的实用性。

To solve the problem that the traditional single-layer bonding structure is easy to degum when used,which leads to poor bonding degree,and the gas gel layer and the fabric layer can not be stabilized and fixed,at the same time,in order to improve the aerogel adhesion effect and dressing effect,the 3 layer structure is designed,and the fixed T insert is used to fix the position of aerogel layer and fabric layer,so that the adhesive layer is not easy to be opened,and the adhesive effect of the gas gel layer is improved.Moreover,the addition of circular ring made of fluorescent material can not only improve the aesthetics of clothing fabrics,but also guide the installation of T-shaped inserts,and further enhance the practicability of the fitting structure.
