用户侧综合能源服务发展及标准化思考

Thoughts on the Development and Standardization of Integrated Energy Services at User-side

新能源规模化并网改变了传统的供能方式和用能模式,综合能源服务需求不断涌现,用户对能源供应高品质、多元化、便利性以及末端融合需求渐增,用户侧综合能源终端设备种类逐步增多,亟须建立健全用户侧综合能源服务标准体系,支撑综合能源业务发展,促进新能源消纳,推动源网荷储协同互动。首先分析了国内外用户侧综合能源服务发展及标准化现状,然后探讨了用户侧综合能源服务发展趋势,最后结合用户侧综合能源服务标准体系构建原则,建立了用户侧综合能源服务核心业务标准体系和支撑技术标准架构,旨在推动我国综合能源体系的建设。

The large-scale integration of new energy into the grid has changed the traditional energy supply mode and consumption mode.The demands for integrated energy services continue to emerge,and users’demands are ever increasing for high quality,diversification,convenience and end integration of energy supply.As the types of user-side integrated energy terminal equipment are gradually increasing,it is urgent to establish and improve the user-side integrated energy service standard system,to support the development of integrated energy service,to promote the consumption of new energy the coordinated development of the source,grid,load and storage.Firstly the evolution trend and status of integrated energy demand response standardization are analyzed.Finally,combining with the construction principles of integrated energy demand response standard system,we establish the core business standard system and supporting technology standard framework of integrated energy demand response,aiming at promoting the construction of integrated energy system in China.
