基于电力系统通用服务协议订阅-发布模型的告警直传研究与应用

The Research and Application of Alarm Direct Transmission Based on Power System General Service Protocol Subscription-publish Model

为了解决传统主子站间告警直传采用DL/T 476—2012《电力系统实时数据通信应用层协议》时,传输内容不可选、配置复杂,以及上下级调控系统间告警信息共享和交互困难等问题,提出了基于电力系统通用服务协议订阅-发布模型的告警直传新方法。通过服务代理转发告警订阅请求及事件发布结果,实现告警信息的按需上传,简化跨系统信息传输复杂度,避免无用信号上送调控主站干扰正常监控。研发的软件在江苏省、地两级调控主站部署,并接入试点变电站告警直传数据。应用结果表明,基于通用服务协议的服务代理可以方便实现告警信息在子站与多级调控系统间的纵向透传,减少信息冗余,提高监视效率。

The traditional alarm direct transmission between master stations and substations has some problems,such as the not optional of transmission content,the configuration complexity,and the difficulty of the alarm information sharing and interaction between the upper and lower control systems when the DL/T 476—2012 protocol is used,a new method based on the general service protocol subscription/distribution model is proposed.Through the service agent forwarding the alarm subscription request and event publishing results,the alarm information can be uploaded on demand,the complexity of cross system information transmission can be simplified,and the useless signal can’t be sent to the control master station to interfere with the normal monitoring.The developed software is deployed in Jiangsu Province and prefecture level control master stations,and connected to the pilot substation alarm direct transmission data.The application results show that the service agent based on the general service protocol can easily realize the longitudinal transmission of alarm information and reduce the information redundancy and improve the monitoring efficiency between the substation and the multi-level control system.
