摘要
在当前国内电力市场环境下,偏差电量考核机制的出现给售电公司盈利带来了巨大挑战。运用鲁棒优化方法建立了售电公司在偏差考核机制下的竞价策略模型,模型以售电公司经营利润最大化为目标,提出在不确定的用户电量对经营利润产生最坏影响场景下,基于遗传算法求解最优竞价策略。算例研究表明,鲁棒竞价策略可以有效降低售电公司经营的经济风险、减少偏差考核成本、提高公司利润。
Under the current environment of domestic electricity market,the emergence of power deviation assessment mechanism has brought great challenges to the profitability of the power companies.In this paper,a bidding strategy of the power companies under the deviation assessment mechanism is established by using the robust optimization method.This strategy aims to maximize the operating profit of power retailer company.Then a genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the optimal bidding strategy under the scenario of the worst impact of uncertain electricity consumption on operating profit.Finally,the case study shows that the robust bidding strategy can effectively reduce the economic risk,reduce the cost of deviation assessment and improve the profit of the company.
