牛病毒性腹泻、牛传染性鼻气管炎二联灭活疫苗免疫持续期研究 被引量:4

摘要 为确定牛病毒性腹泻、牛传染性鼻气管炎二联灭活疫苗(BVDV/NMG株+IBRV/LY株)免疫牛后的抗体消长规律和免疫持续期,将实验室制备的三批牛病毒性腹泻、牛传染性鼻气管炎二联灭活疫苗(BVDV/NMG株+IBRV/LY株)(批号分别为:S19001、S19002、S19003,安全检验和效力检验均合格)分别免疫BVDV和IBRV抗原和抗体阴性健康牛。结果表明:二免后21日BVDV和IBRV的血清中和抗体达到高峰值并维持至少90日,二免后4个月时BVDV血清中和抗体滴度不低于1:128和IBRV血清中和抗体滴度不低于1:64的牛只均在80%以上,6个月时BVDV血清中和抗体滴度不低于1:128和IBRV血清中和抗体滴度不低于1:64仍然保持在50%以上。说明该疫苗两次免疫后牛维持较高BVDV和IBRV中和抗体至少6个月。
