摘要 目的探讨海藻酸钠(SA)对磷酸镁骨水泥(MPC)的理化性质及生物相容性的影响。方法利用重烧氧化镁和磷酸二氢钾制备MPC,将不同含量的SA加入到反应体系中制备出海藻酸钠/磷酸镁复合骨水泥(SA-MPC),分别对骨水泥形貌、固化时间、抗压强度、降解速率、pH值以及生物相容性进行检测。结果SA可以减少骨水泥的裂纹,使微观结构更加致密;适量的SA能够延长固化时间,增加抗压强度,调节骨水泥的降解速率和pH值;SA能够促进MC3T3-E1细胞增殖和黏附。结论SA能够有效改善MPC的理化性质,添加SA的MPC具有良好的生物相容性,有潜在的临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the effect of sodium alginate(SA)on physicochemical properties and biocompatibility of magnesium phosphate cement(MPC).Methods MPC was prepared by dead burn magnesia and potassium dihydrogen phosphate.SA-MPC was prepared by incorporating different amount of SA into reaction system,then the surface morphology of bone cements,setting time,compressive strength,degradation rate,pH value and biocompatibility were tested respectively.Results The cracks of bone cements were reduced by the addition of SA and the microstructure became more compact.With an appropriate amount of SA,the setting time was prolonged and the compressive strength was enhanced,the degradation rate and pH value could be modulated by SA.SA promoted MC3T3-E1 cell proliferation and attachment.Conclusion The physicochemical properties of MPC were improved by SA,MPC with the addition of SA had good biocompatibility and potential clinical application value.
