培育学生的文化自信是时代发展的需求,也是教育发展的需要。以班级管理为抓手培育学生文化自信,需要明确以人为本,立德树人;潜移默化,循序渐进;不忘本来,吸收外来。教师要改变观念,提升自身文化自觉和文化素养;培养学生“读好书、多读书”习惯;丰富诵读经典活动;开展文化体验与实践活动。
