Research on Minority Language Talents Training in Colleges and Universities under the Background of"The Belt and Road Initiative"

“一带一路”建设进程不断加快,为高校小语种专业的发展以及小语种专业人才培养带来重大机遇。文章简述“一带一路”背景下高校培养小语种复合型人才遇到的困难,并从优化与完善小语种课程体系、改进人才培养模式、转变传统的教学理念几个方面探讨“一带一路”背景下高校培养复合型小语种人才的策略。

"The Belt and Road Initiative"construction process has been accelerating,which brings great opportunities for the development of minority language majors and training of minority language professionals.This paper review the cultivation of the minority language compound talents under the background of"The Belt and Road Initiative",and discuss the strategies for training minority language talents in the context of"The Belt and Road Initiative"from the following aspects:optimizing and perfecting the minority language curriculum system,improving the talent training mode and changing the traditional teaching concept.
