高职煤炭专业现代学徒制课程体系建设研究

Research on the Construction of Modern Apprenticeship Curriculum System of Coal Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

落实现代学徒制可促进产教融合,培养更多创新型复合人才。文章简述高职院校煤炭专业现代学徒制课程体系存在的问题,并提出相关建议:校企双方共同参与构建课程体系、根据人才定位及职业发展构建课程体系、根据企业实际需求构建课程体系、构建校企一体化的课程体系、组建“双导师”队伍落实课程体系。

The implementation of modern apprenticeship can promote the integration of industry and education,and cultivate more innovative talents.This paper briefly describes the problems existing in the modern apprenticeship curriculum system of coal specialty in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward relevant suggestions:both schools and enterprises should participate in the construction of curriculum system,according to the talent positioning and career development,according to the actual needs of enterprises,build the curriculum system of school enterprise integration,and form a"double tutor"team to implement the curriculum system.
