摘要
农村教育关系到我国教育的整体发展,只有从根本上提高教学质量,才能推动教育行业的稳步发展。而教师专业教学能力的不足是农村学校面临的现实问题,也是影响学校教学与发展的主要因素。农村学校应借助网络平台开展专项培训,结合地区特色强化专业能力,完善政策制度创造发展条件,促进农村教师的专业化发展。
Rural education is related to the overall development of education in China.Only by improving the teaching quality can the steady development of education industry be promoted.The deficiency of teachers'professional teaching ability is a practical problem faced by rural schools,and also the main factor that affects the teaching and development of the schools.Rural schools should carry out special training with the help of network platform,strengthen professional ability combined with regional characteristics,improve policy system and create development conditions,and promote the professional development of rural teachers.
