With the development of modern society,multimedia information technology has been widely used in classroom teaching.Multimedia technology can improve students'learning enthusiasm,help students understand the main teaching content,guide students'autonomous learning,improve classroom efficiency,improve students'interpersonal skills,and solve practical problems in English classroom teaching.Teachers should respect the dominant position of students in English class,make full use of multimedia technology in teaching.
