摘要
油船泵舱是油船的重要舱室,也是油气挥发较多的高危区域。易燃物的浓度分布和舱室的通风环境密不可分。本文选用易燃物的典型代表物——甲烷,作为易燃物浓度分布的研究对象,在自然通风和强制通风两种不同通风状态下,利用CFD软件Airpak对某油船泵舱在上述两种情况下的温度场、速度场、浓度场以及气流运动轨迹进行了模拟分析,并就二种模拟分析的结果,给出了优化改进的措施。
Pump room of oil tanker is not only an important compartment,but also a high risk area of oil and gas volatilization.The concentration distribution of inflammables is closely related to the ventilation environment of the compartment.In this paper,methane,a typical representative of inflammables is selected as the research object of concentration distribution of inflammables.Under two different ventilation conditions:natural ventilation and forced ventilation,the temperature field,velocity field,concentration field and air flow trajectory of an oil tanker pump room are simulated and analyzed by using the CFD software Airpak,and the optimization and improvement measures are given according to the results of the two kinds of simulation analysis.
