Exploration and Practice of Government Public Opinion Service in the National Library of China

目前国家图书馆开展了多项政府舆情服务,应及时总结已有探索经验、启示及不足,并在此基础上提出优化政务舆情服务的思路与对策,即研究用户需求、进一步规范监测流程、注重新媒体监测,及时掌握新技术、深化产品,完善产品体系、提高产品品牌价值。

At present,the National Library of China has carried out a number of government public opinion services.We should timely summarize the existing exploration experience,enlightenment and shortcomings,based on which ideas and countermeasures should be put forward to optimize government public opinion services,that is,to study user needs,further standardize the monitoring process,pay attention to new media monitoring,grasp new technologies timely,deepen products,improve product system,and improve product brand price value.
