摘要
人力资本投入的增加可以提升我国出口技术复杂度,而人力资本通过哪些途径对我国出口技术复杂度产生影响是理顺人力资本与出口技术复杂度之间关系的关键任务。使用结构方程模型和中介效应检验方法,发现我国人力资本投入的增加能促进研发人员数量增长,但研发人员数量不能提升我国出口技术复杂度;研发人员数量能促进创新的最终产出增长,而创新的最终产出有利于我国提升出口技术复杂度;我国人力资本投入的增加能促进协同集聚不断增长,而协同集聚能显著促进我国出口技术复杂度不断提升。
This paper studies the relationship and internal influence mechanism between China’s human capital and export technology complexity. By adopting structural equation model and mediating effect test method, it is found that human capital can significantly promote China’s export technology complexity. Although China’s human capital can promote the growth of the number of R & D personnel, the number of R & D personnel can not increase the complexity of China’s export technology. While China’s human capital can promote the growth of the number of R & D personnel and the number of R & D personnel can promote the growth of the final output of innovation, the final output of innovation can enhance China’s export technology complexity. China’s human capital can not only promote the growth of the number of R & D personnel, but also promote the continuous growth of collaborative agglomeration, which can significantly improve the complexity of China’s export technology.
