Friedrich Engels has explained his thoughts on service for the people and society in his multiple books.In his opinion, public servants have to avoid being masters for pursuing their own benefits.Instead, they should be responsible for each citizen by using their powers according to the social transformation and development and connecting the large-scale industry with the handicraft industry. So public servants should take the liberation of people and society as their jobs, and the nation’s construction, supervision and management to them have to follow the prinliples of permanence and progression.
