摘要
1933-1944年,新疆电化教育开始全面展开。这一时期新疆电化教育的发展主要表现为三个方面:电化教育机构的设立、国办电化教育的开展、社会电化教育的开展。新疆电化教育以播音、电影放映为主要方式,与此同时还注重培养电化教育专业人才。电化教育的发展为新疆教育事业注入了新鲜血液。电化教育作为一种新的教学方式,提高了民众的参与度,丰富了民众的生活旨趣,提高了民众的综合素质,有利于开发边疆民智,推动边疆与内地沟通,也在潜移默化中增强了民众对中华民族和国家的认同。然而,由于新疆地区的经济、交通等因素影响,这一时期电化教育的开展相比国内其他省份仍较缓慢且不全面,因此无法对新疆民众产生深刻而久远的影响。
From 1933 to 1944,the electric education in Xinjiang Province began to be carried out in an all-round way,and the development of electric education in Xinjiang Province was mainly manifested in three aspects:the establishment of electro-educational institutions,the development of state-run electro-education,and the development of social electro-education.Xinjiang Province electric education to broadcast,film screening as the main way,at the same time also pay attention to the training of electrical education professionals.The development of electro-education has injected fresh blood into Xinjian’s education.As a new teaching method,electro-education has improved the participation of the people,enriched the people's life interests,improved the comprehensive quality of the people,is conducive to the development of border people's wisdom,promote communication between the frontier and the mainland,but also in the subtle strengthening of the people's national and national identity.However,due to the influence of economy,transportation and other factors in Xinjiang region,the development of electric education in this period is still slow and incomplete compared with other provinces in China,so it cannot have a profound and long-lasting impact on the people of Xinjiang.
