摘要
文章分析了在工艺视角下传统陶瓷工艺与现代陶瓷设计中“重复性工作”的区别与特征,提出了“手工艺”因素在现代陶瓷设计中的重要性。基于SECI模型探讨了陶瓷设计教学中技术层面与认知层面的隐性知识转化模式,分析了陶瓷设计教学中隐性知识社会化、外在化、组合化、内隐化的过程与方法,构建了陶瓷设计教学隐性知识转化模型。
This article analyzes the difference and characteristics of"repetitive work"between traditional ceramic craftsmanship and modern ceramic design from the perspective of craftsmanship,and puts forward the importance of"craftsmanship"factors in modern ceramic design.Based on the SECI model,this paper explores the mode of tacit knowledge transformation at the technical and cognitive levels in ceramic design teaching,and analyzes the processes and methods of socialization,externalization,combination,and internalization of tacit knowledge in ceramic design teaching,and constructed a model of tacit knowledge transformation in ceramic design teaching.
