摘要 从教师职业特征看,教师的行为具有道德性。在职业行为中,教师会产生善恶、立场、境界三方面的冲突,并且根据教育的本质、教师劳动的特点和教师个人的主观因素对冲突作出选择。教育善是教师职业行为的评价标准,评价主要是通过社会舆论和教师内心信念等形式来进行,评价时要充分考虑教师行为的动机与结果。参考道德评价的方法,教师职业行为的评价可以使用内容取向的评价、形式取向的评价以及中层概念测评法三类方法来进行。 From the perspective of teachers’professional characteristics,teachers’behavior is a kind of ethical behaviors.In their professional behavior,teachers will have conflicts in three aspects:good and evil,standpoint and realm,and make choices based on the nature of education,the characteristics of teachers’labor and teachers’personal subjective factors.Educational goodness is the evaluation standard of teachers’professional behavior,and the evaluation is mainly carried out in the form of public opinions and teachers’inner beliefs.The motivation and results of teachers’behavior should be fully considered in the evaluation.Referring to the methods of moral evaluation,teachers’professional behavior can be the evaluated by three methods:content-oriented evaluation,form-oriented evaluation and middle-level concept evaluation.
