复合活性肽对小鼠耐缺氧和抗疲劳实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察3种复合活性肽(Complex Active Peptide,CAP)CAP-A、CAP-D、CAP-E对ICR小鼠是否具有耐缺氧和抗疲劳作用。方法:取40只雄性ICR实验小鼠分为4组:空白对照组、CAP-A组、CAP-D组和CAP-E组,每组10只;其中对照组小鼠连续28 d口服灌胃水,其余3组以剂量为1 g/kg连续28 d对小鼠口服灌胃。在末次给药0.5 h和1.0 h后分别进行小鼠抗疲劳负重游泳实验和小鼠急性耐缺氧实验。结果:所有小鼠在口服给药期间体重均有所增长,无任何临床症状;相比空白对照组,复合活性肽组小鼠的负重游泳时间较长,且CAP-E具有显著性差异(P<0.05),CAP三组比较无明显差异;与空白对照组相比,CAP-A、CAP-D缩短了小鼠耐缺氧时间,CAP-E延长了小鼠耐缺氧时间(P<0.05)。结论:CAP-A、CAP-D和CAP-E对小鼠有抗疲劳作用,其中CAP-E可以延长小鼠耐缺氧时间。 Objective:To observe the anti-hypoxia and anti-fatigue effects of Complex active peptide(CAP)A,D and E on ICR mice.Methods:40 male ICR mice were divided into 4 groups,which were blank control group,CAP-A group,D group and E group,with 10 ICR mice in each group.Mice in the control group were given oral gavage of water for 28 days,and mice in the other three groups were given oral gavage of 1g/kg for 28 days.The anti-fatigue load-bearing swimming test and the acute hypoxia tolerance test in mice were conducted 0.5 h and 1h after the last administration,respectively.Results:All mice gained weight during oral administration without any clinical symptoms.Compared with the blank control group,mice in the composite active peptide group had a longer time of weight-bearing swimming,and there was a significant difference in CAP-E(P<0.05),there was no significant difference among CAP-A,D and E groups;Compared with the blank control group,CAP-A and CAP-D shortened the hypoxia tolerance time of mice,and CAP-E prolonged the hypoxia tolerance time of mice(P<0.05).Conclusion:CAP-A,CAP-D and CAP-E have anti-fatigue effects on mice,and CAP-E can prolong the hypoxia tolerance time of mice.
