摘要
根据GB 15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》和能力验证参试指导书的要求,对绿脓杆菌待检样品和金黄色葡萄球菌待检样品进行增菌、分离和生化鉴定。样品20DP-0126、20DP-2803为绿脓杆菌检出,样品20DP-1248、20DP-1709为金黄色葡萄球菌检出。
According to the requirements of GB 15979-2002“Sanitary Standard for Dispensible Sanitary Products”and the test instruction for ability verification,the samples of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus to be tested were increased,isolated and biochemical identified.The samples 20DP-0126 and 20DP-2803 were identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and the samples 20DP-1248 and 20DP-1709 were identified as Staphylococcus aureus.
