摘要
传统的瓦楞纸板生产以木材为原料,存在板材成本高等问题,同时大量的化学废水和重金属的排放会对环境造成严重污染。本文以粉碎的玉米秸秆和水溶性丙烯酸树脂的混合物为原料,在HT-20T平板硫化机下压缩成型,然后使用微机控制电子万能试验机、XJUY-55液晶悬臂式冲击试验机、STD-A薄膜冲击试验仪对试样进行相关强度实验。结果表明,20目试样的抗拉强度的最大值、断裂强度的最大值、悬臂梁冲击强度均大于80目试样。
Traditional wood-based production of corrugated board,board and other products cost high,and a large number of chemical wastewater and heavy metal discharge will cause serious pollution to the environment.The mixture of crushed corn straw and water-soluble acrylic resin was used as raw material and compressed into shape under HT-20T plate vulcanizing machine,then,the microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine,XJUY-55 liquid crystal cantilever impact testing machine and STD-A film impact testing instrument were used to carry out relevant strength experiments on the samples.The results show that the maximum tensile strength,the maximum fracture strength and the impact strength of cantilever beam of 20 mesh sample are greater than those of 80 mesh sample.
