一种VAE装置反应尾气回收工艺的分析与探讨

摘要 介绍了一种VAE装置中产生反应尾气(主经组分是乙烯)的回收工艺。回收的气态乙烯纯度达到99.3%(摩尔分数),可作为原料循环利用,为企业创造了较好的经济效益。用Aspen-Plus模拟软件对水碱洗塔进行模拟计算,在相同条件下,对比了不同碱液浓度、碱液和工业水用量以及理论塔板数对水碱洗塔洗涤效果的影响;用Aspen-HYSYS模拟软件对深冷分离工艺进行模拟计算,对比了不同乙烯冷剂流量和温度对产品气中乙烯含量的影响。通过比较计算结果,最终确定了较经济合理的工艺参数。 This paper introduces a recovery process of reaction tail gas(ethylene is the main component)produced in VAE plant.The purity of the recovered gaseous ethylene reaches 99.3%(mole fraction),which can be recycled as raw material,creating better economic benefits for the plant.Aspen-Plus simulation software was used to simulate the water alkali washing tower.Under the same conditions,the effects of different alkali concentration,alkali and industrial water consumption and theoretical plate number on the washing effect of water alkali washing tower were compared;Aspen-HYSYS simulation software was used to simulate the cryogenic separation process,and the effects of different ethylene refrigerant flow rate and temperature on ethylene content in product gas were compared.By comparing the calculation results,the more economical and reasonable process parameters were finally determined.
