加氢裂化4M50新氢往复机一级活塞故障与改造

摘要 针对某炼化公司加氢裂化四台4M50往复式压缩机,出现一级活塞端面工艺螺塞脱落出现异常响声甚至撞缸事故,或因支撑环问题引起缸体内镜面异常磨损导致非计划停机检修的现象进行了研究分析,通过校核,对一级活塞结构进行了改造,最终实现了机组长期稳定的运行状态。 In the hydrocracking unit of a refining and chemical company four sets of 4M50 reciprocating compressor,the first level piston end process screw plug off the abnormal sound or even crashing cylinder accident,or due to the support ring problems caused cylinder mirror abnormal wear leading to the phenomenon of unscheduled downtime maintenance was studied and analyzed.Through the check,the first level piston structure was reformed,finally achieved a long and stable running state of the unit.
