摘要
采用有限元分析方法,以中试试验设备上的视窗结构为研究对象,结合当量圆形法兰计算方法,进行了结构静力分析,研究视窗结构在设计和试验工况下的受力情况。详细介绍了非圆形法兰螺栓载荷的计算方法、局部视镜结构的有限元分析步骤及评价过程,并基于结构及材质的特性,采用不同的评价方法对不同零部件进行分析评价。压盖和亚克力视镜强度受螺栓载荷影响较大,实际操作过程中使用扭矩扳手准确施加扭紧力矩是安全操作可行的办法。本文旨在为非标法兰视窗结构的设计及分析评价提供参考。
In this paper,the Finite Element Analysis method was adopted to study the window structure on the pilot plant.Combined with the calculation method of equivalent circular flange,the static analysis of the structure was carried out to study the force of the window structure under the design and test condition.The calculation method of non-circular flange bolt load,the finite element analysis procedure and evaluation process of sight glass structure were introduced in detail.Different evaluation methods were used to evaluate different parts considering its structure and material properties.The strength of gland and acrylic sight glass were greatly affected by bolt load.It is a safe and feasible method to apply the torque wrench accurately in the actual operation.The aim of this analysis was to provide reference for the design,analysis and evaluation of non-standard flange window structure.
