基于有机力致AIE发光材料的应力动态可视化检测的实验设计

摘要 四硝基-四苯基乙烯(TPE-4N)是一种具有聚集诱导发光(AIE)性质的有机力致发光(ML)材料,可以将应力/应变转化为可见的荧光信号。该文将该研究成果引入天津大学化工学院的本科生创新实验中,将TPE-4N涂敷于金属试样表面,利用力致荧光开展实时、动态和可视化的监测金属试样的应力分布等实验内容。结果表明:金属试样变形诱导产生的力致荧光是可见的。将该实验测量的应力结果和有限元模拟结果进行对比,发现实验得到的应力值与有限元计算结果基本一致。通过该实验可以让学生掌握应力检测领域的先进测量手段,并培养学生学科交叉的科研意识和创新精神。 1,1,2,2-tetrakis(4-nitrophenyl) ethene(TPE-4 N) is an organic mechanoluminescence(ML) material with aggregation induced luminescence(AIE) properties, which can transform stress/strain into visible fluorescence signal. In this paper, the research results are introduced into the innovative experiment for undergraduates in the School of Chemical Engineering at Tianjin University. TPE-4 N is coated on the surface of metal samples, and the real-time, dynamic and visual monitoring of stress distribution of metal samples is carried out by using the force induced fluorescence. The results show that the force induced fluorescence is visible. The stress measured by the experiment is compared with the finite element simulation results, and the stress value obtained by the experiment is basically consistent with the finite element calculation results. Through this experiment, the students can master the advanced measurement means in the field of stress detection and cultivate their interdisciplinary awareness of scientific research and innovative spirit.
