摘要 为满足水环输送稠油减阻的实际需求,该文构建了稠油水环输送实验系统。学生通过反复自主练习,利用该系统中高速摄像仪、压力表、流量计等监测设备进行监测,可以开展水环流动特性、减阻效果分析研究,有助于学生理解和掌握流体力学、两相流理论的相关知识。该系统为稠油水环输送相关技术研究提供了有力支撑,不仅可以使学生将课本相关知识运用到解决实际问题中,还可以进一步提高其思维创造力和专业素养,为其今后工作能力打下坚实基础,同时可为学生提供课外学习和实践的平台。 In order to meet the actual demand of heavy oil drag reduction in water annular transportation, an experimental system of heavy oil water annular transportation is constructed. By using the high-speed camera, pressure gauge, flowmeter and other monitoring equipment in the system through repeated independent practice, students can carry out the analysis and research on the flow characteristics and drag reduction effect of water annular, which helps students understand and master the relevant knowledge of fluid mechanics and two-phase flow theory. The system provides a strong support for the research of heavy oil water annular transportation technology. It can not only enable students to apply textbook related knowledge to practical problem solving, but also further improve their thinking creativity and professional quality, lay a solid foundation for their future work ability, and at same time provide a platform for students’ extracurricular learning and practice.
