摘要 针对传感器课程中温度传感器的实验教学,结合LabVIEW虚拟仪器图形化编程软件和Multisim电路仿真软件设计并实现了温度变送器的虚拟仿真实验教学平台,解决了实物实验无法满足Pt100铂电阻极端温度测量的问题,也为新冠疫情环境下学生无法进入实验室开展实物实验的问题提供了解决思路。仿真实验平台设置了问题回答、器件选择、系统调零、仿真过程、数据保存、结果分析等步骤和功能,有利于培养学生的动手能力和创新思维能力,是理论学习的有效补充。 In view of the experiment teaching of temperature sensor in the sensor course, a virtual simulation experiment teaching platform of temperature transmitter is designed and realized by combining LabVIEW virtual instrument graphical programming software and Multisim circuit simulation software. The simulation platform solves the problem that the physical experiment cannot meet the extreme temperature measurement of PT100 platinum resistance and also provides a solution to the problem that students cannot enter the laboratory to carry out physical experiments in the COVID-19 epidemic environment. The simulation experiment platform has the steps and functions such as question answering, device selection, system zeroing, simulating process, data storage, result analysis and so on, which is beneficial for cultivating students’ practical ability and innovative thinking ability as an effective supplement to theoretical learning.
