摘要 为了规范管制模拟训练,提高管制专业人才培养质量,提出了管制模拟训练满意度评价指标体系。考虑传统赋权方法会受评价专家主观因素影响,文章采用有序加权平均OWA算子来确定评价指标权重。鉴于评价指标具有灰色性,引入了灰色评价方法。实例分析表明,灰色评价方法能够充分利用评价指标信息,对管制模拟训练满意度的评价是科学合理的。 In order to standardize the ATC(air traffic control) simulator training and improve the training quality of the ATC professionals, the evaluation index system of satisfaction of the ATC simulation training is put forward. Considering that the traditional weighting method will be affected by the subjective factors of the evaluation experts, this paper uses the ordered weighted average OWA operator to determine the weight of the evaluation index. In view of the grey nature of the evaluation index, the grey evaluation method is introduced. The example analysis shows that the grey evaluation method can make full use of the evaluation index information, and it is scientific and reasonable to evaluate the satisfaction degree of control simulation training.
