“People-centered”Concept Innovated from Achievements of Civilization Inherited of“People Subject Concept”

“人民主体”观是理解历史唯物主义的理论基石。马克思恩格斯认为,“真正的人民”不仅是历史主体、实践主体,也是未来价值目标。习近平同志在治国理政的实践中创新性地提出了“以人民为中心”的理念,这一理念坚持了人民至上的价值立场、贯穿了紧紧依靠人民的观点方法、体现了不断造福人民的价值目标,同时对“人民主体”观的内涵、实践空间、实现方略等方面有了新的认识,使马克思主义“人民主体”观在新时代焕发出强大的生命力。

The“people subject concept”is the theoretical cornerstone of understanding historical materialism.Marx and Engels believed that“genuine people”is not only the historical subject,the practice subject,but also the future value goal.Comrade Xi Jin-ping,in the practice of governing the country,puts forward the concept of“people centered”creatively,which adheres to the value standpoint of the people at the supreme status,relying on the people tightly,reflecting the value goal of bringing benefit to the people.At the same time,a new understanding of the people subject concept's connotation,its practical space and the strategies of how to make them come true,which makes the Marxism concept of“people subject concept”renew its strong vitality in the new era.
